About Coach Ian

I’ve been coaching since 2007, helping clients ages 30–70 achieve lasting results in weight loss, sports performance, and post-injury/surgery strengthening. With over 20,000 hours of hands-on experience and a competitive background in strength athletics, I bring both practical expertise and a passion for strength, health, and longevity. 

Whether the goal is to look your best, move pain-free, or perform at a higher level, I design the program specifically for you and guide you every step of the way to ensure you reach your full potential.

Premier Fitness Coaching

Our one-on-one coaching is designed to give you the clarity, structure, and accountability you need to break through obstacles and create lasting results. Whether your goals are to improve your fitness, optimize your health, or feel stronger and more confident in daily life, we’ll build a plan tailored specifically to you.

Coaching is primarily remote, making it convenient and flexible, but in-person sessions may be available depending on location. With expert guidance and ongoing support, you’ll develop sustainable habits, unlock your full potential, and achieve results that last.
